The cake gods were on my side when I redid the Peloton bike cake topper 2 days before it's due date.  Man!  I'm soo glad I did it!  

My cake toppers are usually edible except for this one.  My client wanted to save it as a memento so in order to do that I opted to use a cardboard and bamboo stick frame.  I then use fondant for details such as bike pedals, bike stand, and handles, etc.

Cake details:  Peloton cake topper with cardboard and bamboo sticks base covered with fondant, Buttercream roses and vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream.
